Rooms: The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-size bed (1,6m) and the 2 other rooms with comfortable double-beds (1,4m).
Bathrooms: The apartment has two bathrooms, one fully equipped with shower and the other without a shower.
Living / Dining Room: The living room has a Flat-Screen TV and a sofa-bed (with sleeping couch for an extra guest, a child for example), and the dining room has a big dining table with space for 6.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has also a dining table
Terrace: The terrace has a table and 3 chairs where you can relax and enjoy your meals outside
The Internet service (satellite) has a speed of 40 Mbps and the TV has a box offering more than 100 channels.
The building and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment is in the 1st floor, with no elevator.
Alfama is one of the oldest and historic neighborhoods of Lisbon, very lively and cosmopolitan area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars and supermarket. It´s very central: 2 minutes walking to Santa Apolónia station, where is the METRO station, train station and plenty of other public transports and at walking distance to Baixa .
Rental includes: - home linen (sheets, duvet and towels); - electricity, water and gas consumption costs (in a sustainable way); - Wi-Fi and TV channels and cleaning and changing linen each 15 days.
Cot and high chair are available free of charge, please ask before the check-in.

Fatima was very accessible and addressed any issues or questions immediately. She is very nice.
As far as the apartment, I believe it is personal. I was there for almost 4 weeks, joined for 10 days by a friend. It is fortunate that the unit has 3 bedrooms because, as far as we were concerned, the front bedroom was unusable for sleeping. It was a lovely room to hang out in during the day and I would sit on that bed to play on my computer or read a book, but would not have been able to sleep there.

Fortunately, there were two other bedrooms that are dark and quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a restaurant on a street that is lined with restaurants and bars, which are open until 2 a.m. If you are not sensitive to noise and need only 2 bedrooms, I think you will do fine here. Alfama is crowded and noisy and very hilly, but that is anywhere in Alfama, which is a very interesting and historical neighborhood with lots and lots to do, also containing some of the best restaurants in Lisbon. So, if you like to be in the center of the action, within walking distance to the waterfront, and do not mind the fact that the front room would only work for a non-sensitive sleeper, and you are in decent enough shape to climb the streets, the location is excellent. The unit is large, comfortable, and has a semi-private patio out back, which was a nice addition.
