And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. As far as the apartment, I believe it is personal. I was there for almost 4 weeks, joined for 10 days by a friend. It is fortunate that the unit has 3 bedrooms because, as far as we were concerned, the front bedroom was unusable for sleeping. It was a lovely room to hang out in during the day and I would sit on that bed to play on my computer or read a book, but would not have been able to sleep there.
Fortunately, there were two other bedrooms that are dark and quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a restaurant on a street that is lined with restaurants and bars, which are open until 2 a.m. If you are not sensitive to noise and need only 2 bedrooms, I think you will do fine here. Alfama is crowded and noisy and very hilly, but that is anywhere in Alfama, which is a very interesting and historical neighborhood with lots and lots to do, also containing some of the best restaurants in Lisbon. So, if you like to be in the center of the action, within walking distance to the waterfront, and do not mind the fact that the front room would only work for a non-sensitive sleeper, and you are in decent enough shape to climb the streets, the location is excellent. The unit is large, comfortable, and has a semi-private patio out back, which was a nice addition.
Lots to do, hilly, supermarket and metro station nearby, easy access to tourist areas and waterfront.
