Newly renovated apartment Českomoravská

Náš pobyt u hostiteľky Ekateriny bol úplne bezproblémový. S naším psíkom sme potrebovali dočasný prenájom, kým sa presťahujeme do vlastného, a tento byt bol pre nás naozaj výhrou. Nielenže má úžasnú atmosféru – vysoké stropy robia z tohto štúdia veľmi vzdušný priestor – ale máte tu k dispozícii všetko potrebné. Bytovka má výťah, takže sa bez problémov presťahujete aj s veľkými krabicami.

Komunikácia s hostiteľkou bola blesková a odovzdanie kľúčov prebehlo presne podľa dohody. Byt je moderný, čistý a v kuchyni nechýba nič – od varnej kanvice, práčky so sušičkou, až po umývačku riadu. Ako ľudia, ktorí milujú prírodu a prechádzky, sme ocenili prekrásny a pokojný park Podviní v tesnej blízkosti bývania. Aj keď sa byt nachádza pri rušnej ceste – čo je však výhoda, keďže tramvaj máte priamo pri dverách – vôbec nás to nerušilo. Supermarket Lidl a obchodný dom Harfa sú hneď za rohom a do centra je to len pár zastávok metrom zo stanice Českomoravská pri O2 aréne. Blízkosť O2 arény nám vôbec nevadila, keďže sme nepočuli žiadny hluk.

Hodnotíme celkovo 10/10 a taktiež 4/4 labiek! :D

I had a great experience staying at Ekaterina’s place!
The apartment was exactly as described—everything was new, well-equipped, and fully functioning. It’s also in a great location, close to supermarkets and public transport, which made everything super convenient. Ekaterina was a very kind, attentive, and helpful host. Even when I had a small issue, she responded quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. I felt really welcome and at home. Thank you for everything, Ekaterina!

The whole apartment is wonderful and very well equipped. Practically everything you need is provided (such as kitchen equipment, very fast internet or even parking spot).
The location is very well connected - right next to the metro stop of line B and a tram stop.
Contact with the owner is quick and easy, and the owner herself is very helpful.

To sum up, we definitely recommend this apartment and the owner!

Ekaterina was great meeting me late when I landed at 11 and always being helpful/available for questions. The apartment is a beautiful studio with a lot of new amenities including new appliances, a dishwasher, electric stovetop, and washer/dryer combo. In my opinion it had more than enough kitchen storage and counter space. Bathroom is nice. The street it's on is busy, but the the apartment itself is very quiet and well insulated. It retained heat well during the day in November and I didn't even use the heaters. Great wifi and plenty sitting areas. It has a ton of square footage for a studio which I loved.

There is a Lidl literaly right across the street which you can get most day-to-day things at. Literally a huge/nice indoor mall right down the street to get everything you want.

One of the best thing for remote workers or working professionals is it's close to a tram line that can basically get you anywhere in Prague and to the city-center in roughly 20 minutes.

I was worried because it was next to the O2 arena and I thought it would get loud, but you literally don't hear anything from the arena except the occasional rowdy fans.

The only gripe I would have is that the clothing storage is really only enough for 1 which is understandable in a studio. I was potentially going to add one more to the equation and we were trying to puzzle out how we were going to make it work.

Overall, I really loved the apartment and wished I could have stayed longer!

Neighborhood
Industrial/commercial, but that's also a benefit because you get a lot of stuff close to you. Never worried about safety as the building is nice and has good security.

Byt je čistý, skvěle vybavený, moderní, prostorný, vkusný, vzdušný. Byt je u metra i tramvaje i blízko obchodního centra a parku na procházku. S majitelkou se velmi dobře komunikuje.

Neighborhood
dobře dostupná veřejná doprava.
