It is located in one of the most modern and charismatic areas of Porto, Bonfim. It is within walking distance of the famous Bonfim Church, and you can easily reach the city center on foot or by public transport. Bonfim Perfect Stays invites you to a pure Porto experience.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

It’s a little quieter than the main city center, but only a 15min walk from the ribiera, bars and markets. It’s around the corner from a major bus station to take you anywhere else in Portugal, also a huge grocery store is around the corner, and a metro station at the end of the block.
