Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The neighbourhood is very local and not too busy despite relatively close to the centre. There are two metro lines 10 and 15 min walk downhill, and two bus routes close to the house. So despite being close to the city centre, it is not that quickly connected to more remote parts of Lisbon.

The studio is perfect and has everything you need. The environment is calm and good for working remotely. It’s located in the heart of Lisboa and it’s possible to do everything just by walking. It's my second time and definitely I'll be back! Miguel is always very kind and was available to help with whatever I needed.

é muitissimo bem localizado e ainda assim em uma rua bem calma para ser no centro de Lisboa.

The area is between the Intendente and Avenida subway stations. It is up on a hill, close to a viewpoint and a park. It is very nice and safe.

100 m from the studio is a supermarket that has all the basic things you need for a medium-term stay. Just a few steps away from a beautiful park and not far from the city centre (15 min if you take the metro, 25 min by walking). The neighbourhood has a lot of nice places to eat and drink, cosy bars and looks safe.
I would recommend to try PSI - vegetarian restaurant that is just a few minutes away from the studio!
