The apartment is on the flat of an exquisite urban building. There is 1 comfortable, airy and sunny bedroom with all the necessary amenities one double king size beds, including a master closet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy them on the refectory table. You will sink into the sofa-bed, watching your favourite movie on a 32’’ TV set. No need to worry about the creta heat or the winter chilly weather. There is an air condition unit located in the bedroom. The bathroom has all the amenities (hairdryer, shampoo/body wash, toiletries etc). Wi-Fi is available and with very strong signal all over the apartment.

for cold winter nights, there is central heating

The main structure is in the centre of a beautiful garden an oasis of green and freshness. The parking front hosts a few cars. At the back of the garden is more private and you can chareitai with friends and children. Protected and safe will give you endless hours of relaxation. And of course the wood oven and the garden plants that can give you great food in the countryside .... within the city.

The neighbourhood is really friendly with family kind environment. Ten minutes walk from the main tourist area of western Heraklion with taverns, bars, 24hour grocery store (mini-market) and athletic centres (tennis/football/pool). There is also a luxury resort close by where you can go for a spa and thalasso-therapy or water sports. Very good traditional taverns with traditional Cretan food. You can ask me for further information.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk. There is a direct express bus to and from the airport (N1) that runs approx. every 10 minutes.
Tourist attractions like the Knossos are 30 minutes by bus.
For those renting a car, there is street parking or nearby parking lots.

I would like to inform visitors that there is a tax of 8 euros per day for the months of April to October and 2 euros per day from November to March which must be paid upon arrival in cash.
