This beautiful apartment in a building from the beggining of 19. century is located in the center of Brno, not far from the busy Veveří Street. However thanks to the windows leading to the courtyard is apartment calm and quiet. Veveří is a renowned street with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and many small shops. The house is adjacent to the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University, a short distance away is Brno University of Technology. Within five minutes you will reach the Neo-Gothic Church of Jan Amos Komensky, known as the Red Church (Červený kostel). The foot of the hill with castle and fortress Špilberk surrounded by a popular park you will reach in seven minutes. To other parks - Tyršové sady and Lužánky you get within ten minutes. In vicinity of the apartment you will discover Buranteatr Theater, but also a hospital, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Right next to the entrance to the house entrance there is store Koloniál with home-made food specialties.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. The apartment is located between several stops, all can be reached within five minutes. The closest is the Grohova tram stop, another tram lines from transport hub Česká, Obilní trh or Smetanova trolleybus stop will take you to various parts of Brno.

The one-bedroom apartment, ideally suitable for partners who are in Brno for working stay, is furnished with dark furniture, which give you cozy impression. At the same time the equipement of the apartment matches well with the original historical elements of the building. In the long hallway you will find spacious wardrobes with mirrors that provide plenty of storage space. They hide a gas boiler and a washing machine. The bedroom with bold carpet is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a sturdy desk that can be used as a home office. The living room offers two padded sofas with footstools, a television with a Hi-Fi system can be found in a living room wall unit. The round table can serve as a dining table or as a pleasant place to sit with friends and a bottle of good wine. Glass door leads from the living room to the garden with outdoor furniture.

For breakfast, you can enjoy fresh pastries from the Colonial Nostalgic Home Shop next to the house and also prepare breakfast in the fully equipped spacious and bright kitchen.
The kitchen has an electric kettle, toaster, espresso, electric hob, microwave, with large freezer and dishwasher.

The cream-colored bathroom provides a corner shower for a quick morning rinse, while in the evening you can enjoy a long bath in the hot water and bubble foam. The toilet is separate. The washing machine is built in a cabinet with sliding doors in the hallway, does not disturb the space, is not visible. Upon agreement it is possible to clean the apartment on a specific day of the week, including the exchange of bed linen and towels for an agreed price.

The apartment is equipped with fire detectors as well as CO2 sensors and safety glasses in windows leading to the yard. The apartment is not suitable for small children for security reasons access to the yard.
