THE LOCATION
The building is on Bulevar JNA, one of the main streets of Bar. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and bus stops are all within a few minutes' walk. The seafront promenade, the beach and the marina are easy to reach, and the Old Town of Bar and the surrounding mountains are great for weekend trips. Bar has a mild climate year-round, which makes it a pleasant base for longer stays.
