A quiet, renovated one-bedroom flat in a residential complex in Benalmádena, with two private sunny terraces. The beach is a 7-minute walk, Puerto Marina 8 minutes, and there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket within a couple of minutes.
The bright living room has a sofa bed, Smart TV and direct access to the first terrace, with a table and chairs overlooking the gardens: perfect for breakfast, outdoor dinners or working outside. The bedroom has a double bed and opens onto the second, more private terrace. Fast WiFi plus an ethernet connection, air conditioning with heating and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays: hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and cookware, plus a washing machine. Full bathroom with shower. Iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen included.
The complex has gardens, a playground and a large pool surrounded by palm trees (the pool is open from June to mid-September). Free community parking inside the complex, subject to availability (first come, first served), and public parking in the surrounding streets.
