LOFTY 101 is a spacious 75 m² open-plan studio loft designed for comfortable extended stays. Fully equipped for one person or a couple—and able to accommodate a baby upon request*—it features a clearly defined sleeping area with a European queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), a comfortable living area, a large, fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a generous dedicated workspace for working or studying.
The loft has two separate bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, and one guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. It also includes a closet and a separate storage room with space for luggage, boxes or bicycles.
Its most distinctive feature is the patio, which opens onto the loft to create an integrated second living area, with a dining table for four, tropical plants and a stone wall that brings warmth and a connection to nature. Its partially retractable roof can be opened on warmer days, and the patio also includes a fully equipped laundry area.
LOFTY is a smart building with keyless digital access, automation and monitoring, offering a comfortable, private and secure living experience.
