This spacious fully furnished one-bed studio condo is 600 sq feet (560 sq ft plus 42 sq ft balcony). Queen bed with pillows & linens, ceiling fan, clock radio, sidetables. Living room with sofa and chair, coffee table, TV, door to balcony. Large fully equipped kitchen, island and extendable dining table and chairs, that double as workspace desk. Soaker tub, shower, toilet, towels. Free wifi & ethernet, Amazon fire stick & TV. Portable A/C unit (seasonal). In-suite washer & dryer. Heating, cooling, water, and internet are all included utilities in the monthly rate. No parking.

You will have access to the building lobby, mailbox, elevators, underground storage/bike locker, garbage & recycling room, gym, roof patio, the floor that the suite is on, as well as the entire suite itself.

Short 5-min walk to SkyTrain transit bus hub, large shopping mall, university, library, city hall, recreation centre, and services.

This condo is a complete and convenient package for those needing accommodation for a few months!

Heating, cooling, water, and internet are ALL INCLUDED utilities in the monthly rate. The Strata's moving fee is also included.
