Nestled on Rue de Montmorency—one of the few streets to preserve its 13th-century layout—this apartment is an immersion into Parisian history. It features grand 3.20m high ceilings (10.5 ft) with authentic exposed wooden beams, typical of noble Marais architecture. The building, once an inspiration for filmmaker Joseph Morder, opens with a monumental vaulted porch (classified Historical Monument). You are 50 meters away from the oldest house in Paris (1407).
