Very quiet, comfortable and renovated studios, located in a central neighborhood with good metro and bus connections.
Other things to note
Do not flush paper or any other object down the toilet because it has a drainage system that will be ruined if paper is flushed, etc.
The washer and dryer are shared in a common space, please take care of the facilities.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
