I am offering a beautiful, bright, and spacious duplex apartment (3+kk) with a total area of 87 m², located in a peaceful villa neighborhood surrounded by gardens.

Excellent transport accessibility – just a 7-minute walk from Skalka metro station, 10 minutes from Strašnická, and only 15 minutes to the city center. Nearby you will also find tram stops for lines 22 and 26, as well as bus connections.

The garden around the house is not accessible for use.

Upper floor:
A large living area with a kitchen and dining space, ideal for relaxing or spending time together. There is also a small work or play corner, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
