🅿️ Parking is free and open type along the entire street, and on the street below the building. It is not possible to reserve a free space, just use your best parking skill;D)). Please pay attention to road signs to avoid unnecessary costs due to improper parking.

Each staircase from the lower street leads to the upper road near the building.

The apartment is located in a building of 6 floors with an elevator, on the last, 6th floor.

It consists of one bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom. Free public parking along the street, free Wi-Fi, A/C (cooling/heating located directly opposite to the bedroom door at a 4m distance to cool/heat the entire space or without the bedroom, by preference), ceiling fan in bedroom, android TV, Bluetooth/USB/AUX/HDMI/optical TV surround system, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), washing machine, common terrace for drying clothes.

Surrounded by the sea, islands, and mountains, Rijeka offers a full experience in all seasons.
Located halfway to the center (walking distance 15 min) and a series of six beaches in only a few steps, including also 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping center Tower Center Rijeka, it combines all your wishes and needs in the palm of your hand.

The proximity to the city center and the highway (Rijeka Istok) makes it an ideal destination for business guests. Transportation services in the vicinity offer free and relaxed movements and connections with other attractive destinations. You can easily reach the islands of Krk and Cres.

The grocery store is reachable in 50m, the bus stop in 50m, and only 2 stations away from the center (the main bus station is 2,5 km). The main train station is reachable in 3 km, and the Krk airport in 25 km.
Well, what else to say? Beaches, shopping center, makeup, depilation, face treatment, pedicure, manicure in 50m distance... hmmm...
