Located in the heart of the city, it offers a modern and cosy décor with touches of contemporary design.The spaceThe flat is on a first floor (no elevator) and it offers:- Living room equipped with a sofa bed.- The kitchen is very spacious, with good natural light, equipped with a TV and all the necessary appliances such as a fridge, ceramic hob and oven, electric water boiler, washing machine, as well as all the kitchen utensils.- The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an open wardrobe. - The bathroom has a shower.- The flat has free Wi-Fi in all rooms.- Sheets and towels are provided. - The location is privileged as you'll be just a few minutes away from restaurants, shops and local attractions. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers looking for comfort and convenience.The flat is located in the Penha de Franca neighbourhood. Distance for recommended locations: - 1.2 km from Senhora do Monte viewpoint - 2.5 km from Rossio Square- 3.4 km from St George's Castle- 4.3 km from Praça do Comercio- 6.7 km from Oceanario- 7 km from Gare do Oriente.Other things to note- Internet connection up to 500 mbps.- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.- Check-in is from 3pm.
