All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

There is a lovely park nearby, along with a grocery store, a drug store, a small cafe and a wine bar. For more variety of shops and restaurants, you need to walk about 15-30 minutes or take a bus/tram.
The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is very peaceful and quiet. There are several parks nearby. There is also a grocery store right in the building and a nice wine bar across the street.
The accommodation is located near one of the main tram routes leading to the city center, and there are also bus stops nearby to the nearest metro station, so you can easily reach any part of the city. There is a good restaurant and wine bar in the neighborhood.
