The apartment consists of a living room and one bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and television. Also due to its position in the building it has great climate. NEIGHBORHOOD: The area is particularly charming, with the Danube River, the Parliament, and Szabadság Square located just nearby. TRANSPORTATION: The II tram line along the Danube and the red Metro line are both just a two minute walk from the apartment. SHOPPING: Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies are easily accessible, all within a hundred meter radius. The apartment is available for immediate move-in with the first month's rent.
