If you don't see your dates available please send me a message—sometimes we block the calendar to ensure each month is filled. This rental is intended for digital nomads or seasonal stays. It is not a touristic apartment and the minimum rental length is 60 days. The flat is ideal for 1 - 2 people max.

Enjoy this exclusive, brand-new apartment in a recently renovated 19th-century palace (December 2024). Sanlucar is located on the coast, between both Cadiz and Seville. The closest airport is Jerez (XRY). Sanlúcar is one of Spain's best kept secrets; it's a top destination for Spanish tourists, but is relatively unknown to foreigners still. There is free parking within a few blocks of the flat, but you don't need a car to live here or access supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, etc.

This flat is my brother's, he plans to live here in a few years, but in the meantime we're hoping other people will enjoy it! Hi I'm Kate! I’m originally from Florida’s Forgotten Coast and after graduating from college I moved to Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz) to teach English for a year. I ended up loving Spain (and fell for a Spaniard) and decided to become a permanent resident of Spain. Since then I’ve been working remotely as a marketer for international tech companies. I've got a travel blog on the side and enjoy sharing my love of Sanlúcar with others. I manage my brother's rental property, which he plans to move into permanently, but for now we rent it to nomads and tourists.

We loved our stay in Sanlucar. The apartment was beautiful and modern, only a few steps away from the city center.
The communication with Kate was great, she was very quick to respond and had many suggestions for restaurants, things to do etc.

Neighborhood
Sanlucar has many good restaurants, it is not only a vacation destination but also has lots of things to do "off season".
We loved the plazas with many bars & restaurants, everything is close by. Would definitely recommend this place.

Kate was an absolutely excellent host —warm, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She truly took great care of me and shared fantastic recommendations for programs and places to visit, which made my stay even more special. The apartment was brand new, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with a perfect location right in the heart of the city centre. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
