The apartment is also only a 10-minute metro ride from Lisbon Airport and 20 minutes from downtown and all the historic neighborhoods and monuments of the city!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator (elevators temporarily unavailable) and free parking. It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for great days in Lisbon, in a very quiet area with easy access to all major public transportation, including the metro (just 500 meters away!)

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and delightful natural lighting!

The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a desk for workaholics, and a pleasant balcony.

￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of bedding may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 14:00 and 22:00 and check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
￫ The property has noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ City Tax will also be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
