I bought this apartment in late 2018 new and customized everything to my taste and needs. I'm an American so mosquito nets and AC are a must as well as a bath/shower and huge bathroom. I moved to Nice and I've been renting this apartment as a short term rental with a Super Host Lorenzo. I speak English, Italian, Basic French and Japanese. Lorenzo also speaks Portuguese and Spanish on top of English and Italian. I only want very clean, considerate, quiet tenants who will keep the apartment tidy. A weekly cleaning service including sheets & towel change is included in the rent. The apartment is in a condominium with three CCTV cameras, two elevators and package accepting service for long term residents. Lorenzo will be the one to check you in and out. I will be available for any concerns by WhatsApp.
