Relax at our place and feel the serenity it offers.
This cozy studio has a great location and amazing panoramic view over the rooftops of Bansko, all the way to the mountain chains of Rodopite and Pirin 🏔️ I'm sure you will love watching the sunrise or just rewind with a drink while gazing at the picturesque landscape, from the sunbathed balcony. Located near the main streets and the gondola lift, but in a quiet and peaceful area. Just 200m from the Ski Road and National Park Pirin, an ideal starting point for hikes, skiing ⛷️ and snowboarding 🏂.
The apartment is only 35sq.m., but is equipped with everything a home needs. The kitchen has an oven, el. hob, microwave, small refrigerator, all sorts of kitchenware and a washer. In the living area there is a new A/C unit, a big smart TV (with Netflix), an adjustable in hight and size coffee table and a sofa that can be transformed into a second double bed, in case more sleeping space is needed. The kitchen window and the balcony door are with mosquito nets.
The building has elevators, a security guard and free parking area.

The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies like coffee, spices, oil, pasta and so on. The welcome drinks and snacks varies depending on the season.

Hello :) I love to travel, see beautiful things created by nature or human hand, dive in different cultures and meet friendly people along the way. On the other hand, I love my roots and being close to my family and friends. As a host I can help travelers experience living in Bulgaria. I want more people to fall in love with our little piece of Earth and gather unforgettable memories from happy moments here. We may be a little country, but our land has it all (from majestic mountains, through breathtaking valleys, to beautiful sea side), our history is so rich and ancient, and our hearts are so big :) I and my husband had been working from home for a few years now. Moving from Sofia to Bansko, whenever the kids are not at school. We love this little town and had the idea of creating work friendly homes (not just rental units), where people can relax and find peace of mind and soul, experience the serenity nature can offer, without losing any of the comforts they are used to in this modern age. We'd be honored if you choose us as your hosts and happy if you find new friends in us.

Fantastic apartment (with an epic view!) fully stocked for a stay of any length. Walking distance from hiking trails, Bansko town and the gondola. Elitsa was responsive the whole time and was generous with suggestions of things to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying here!

Neighborhood
It's a great area in southern Bansko, tucked up close to the mountains. Equally close to the attractions in town as it is to walking trails in the forest.
