Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

The neighborhood is very central, but also very quiet. Everything is in near proximity and also it is very easy to find public parking if you have a car.
I enjoyed The National Theater were they have ballet and opera to a very nice price. I also enjoyed The Botanical Garden and the numerous museums. All in very near proximity. The apartment lies very near the Britanski tgr, every Saturday and Sunday they have a farmers marked and a flea marked!
