Best landlord I ever had

Die Wohnung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich wohnte dort für 7 Wochen mit meiner Freundin und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versuchen alles möglich zu machen, was der Mieter wünscht. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten uns die Vermieter Essen, Getränke und Gewürze bereitgestellt. Auch Wasch- und Putzmittel waren vorhanden. Leider mussten wir früher abreisen, das war allerdings für die Vermieter kein Problem und wir konnten den Vertrag vorzeitig kündigen. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und war bei jeder Nachricht bzw. jedem Telefonat sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung sah bei unserer Ankunft genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von hier aus fährt an Wochentagen alle 3 Minuten ein Bus. So erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Zu Fuß kann man das Donauufer in ungefähr 15 Minuten erreichen. Besonders für Studenten der VŠEMVS und der Ekonomická univerzita ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage bestens geeignet. The apartment is great and leaves nothing to be desired. I lived there for 7 weeks with my girlfriend and we were very happy with the apartment. The landlords are very nice and try to make everything possible that the tenant wants. When we arrived, the landlords had provided us with food, drinks and spices. Washing and cleaning agents were also available. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier, but that was no problem for the landlords and we could cancel the contract early. The landlady speaks German very well and was very nice and courteous on every phone call or message. When we arrived, the apartment looked exactly like the photos. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, from here a bus leaves every 3 minutes on weekdays. This way you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes. The Danube bank can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Especially for students of VŠEMVS and Ekonomická univerzita the apartment is very suitable due to its location.

Teresa was a gracious host who always replied quickly to our questions. She was very helpful throughout our stay. Teresa went the extra mile for us in every way and we're super grateful for it. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is amazing with a supermarket literally across the street and walking distance to other supermarkets, healthy food stores, banks, all types of stores, restaurants, gym, yoga, subway and bus. Also, nice parks within walking distance and the El Cortes Ingles mall with a movie theater, restaurants and shopping. There is an ATM machine/multibanco literally next to the building door. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom, which is super convenient and it was very helpful. We work from home and the wifi was great. I totally recommend Teresa and her rentals!

This was a lovely apartment in the middle of Old Town. We couldn't have been happier. There was plenty of space, a lot of natural light, comfortable beds, and it had all the amenities we needed, even an espresso machine! Everything was within a 10-15 walk (or less), groceries were close by and the owner was lovely. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Flat is nice, modern. In one second you feel like at home. There is some little defects but its always. We had nice time

I've lived here for five weeks and was allright. It's a warm and cozy flat, close to the city center by tram, bus or even walking, it won't take more than 30 minutes. Farid was kind and decisive. I recommend this appartment for a short term or holliday ;)

The apartment is very clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay at Alžbětas place! She was very helpful and responsive. The flat looks better in reality than in the photos. Apartment is really spacious, there is a place for wardrobe and desk. Bed is really big and convenient. The location is also awesome -Tesco and Lidl in close proximity. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. Would love to come back in the future :) Highly recommended!

Great appartment and a very helpful landlord. Any problem i had would be fixed within 24 hours. My only problem was the unstable internet connection and the low speed there off, as my stay was a rather long one. Other than that a great appartment and good shopping and transport possibilities near the flat.

Velmi snadne sjednani, perfektni komunikace s pani majitelkou, byt odpovidal presne vystavenym fotografiim. Stravili jsme v byte mesic, byli jsme se vsim spokojeni, nedostatky jsou tak minimalni, ze je netreba zminovat. Misto je klidne, nezazili jsme zadny hluk z ulice ci okolnich bytu, blizko tramvaje i autobusu, parkovani pred domem je mozne. Vrele doporucuji!

Petr is a great landlord. He picked me up from the airport when I flew into Prague, and he also got me some basic groceries to get me started for my stay. I was supposed to be spending 3 months in his apartment, which is beautiful and comfortable, but due to Covid-19 my internship ended very early. Petr was understanding of the circumstances and let me out of my lease, and he continued to check on me to make sure I made it home safe. As for the apartment, it’s in a great location. The neighbors are quiet, the appliances are new, and the area is really nice. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, really anything you could need. It’s a short walk to a tram stop, and a 10 minute tram ride to the Malá Strana area. When I return to Prague, whenever that may be, I’m hoping Petr is still leasing his apartment out so I can stay again.

The owner is flexible and always understand our situation.
