the location is close to city center but still very quiet. no private parking place but nearby there are several guarded parking places with reasonable price.
the landlard is always contactable through whatapp, and he is indeed kind.

Realmente todo ha sido positivo. La situación del piso es ideal, en un lugar tranquilo y a 8 minutos en tranvía del centro, o a veinticinco minutos andando en un paseo precioso al lado del río.
El piso es muy agradable y cómodo, con todo lo que se necesita para hasta tres personas.
Los propietarios han sido amables y cooperativos en todo.
En general considero que mi elección fue perfecta para mi estancia de tres meses.

Úplne nádherná lokalita - budete sa cítiť ako na prázdninách u babičky na dedine :) Všade zeleň, blízko krásny park Divoká šárka. Jediné dva mínusy - chýbajúca práčka a pre mňa príliš veľká dojazdová vzdialenosť do práce. Inak určite odporúčam.

While there were some incidents with the flat, I believe we sorted them out quite nicely. Petr and Katerina were very responsive to all the issues and in the end they didn't influence the experience much. The flat is really nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Very well furnished.

having holliday in czech i highly recomend the "Brázdimský statek" it's a place you can relax after walking, looking around from busy city.it'a quiet place at night.Room was very clean with very comfortable bed and complete kitchen stuf...from cooking to dining..no problem as well for laundry there is washing machine can dry as well in backyark..during mornings you can visit garden there is a sheep's,can watch bench to sit under sun fountain,small lake..and also if you feel warm there is nice swimming pool..its like you stay in resort....nothing ask for more very happy to stay...couple owner are good very accomodating, language is not barrier bec they speak english..and staff was so good very helpfull for what you need...i miss already the place we really love it and before i forget its easy to go in city just 10minute by walk to bus stop and 15 minute to metro you are already in city.very easy and fast....Have very good and nice experience with this accommodation. Thanks so much.

Jaroslava was very friendly and helpful. The flat is very clean, quiet and cozy. It is located near the central but not full of tourist. Actually there you can see a authentic Prague with their pubs, restaurants and parks. I definitely recommend.

This apartment is small but it is very well set up and has plenty of storage, so doesn't feel too cramped. The owners have put a lot of effort into making it a cozy and comfortable home, and were available to help me out with anything I needed. The apartment complex is nice and quiet. The freezer is not very powerful but otherwise everything works very well.

Pozice bytu skvělá. Blízko centra, parku, tramvaje i metra. V okolí mnoho obchodů, restaurací kaváren. Na rušné ulici, ale ložnice do zeleného a dokonale klidného vnitrobloku. Internet byl někdy pomalejší.
Komunikace s majitelem rychlá a bezproblémová.
Pronájem přes Flatio naše první zkušenost a moc pozitivní.

Byt je pěkný a tichý s výhledem do zeleně, což je v horkých dnech příjemné. Najdete tu veškeré vybavení (nábytek, spotřebiče, nádobí) pro běžné bydlení. V okolí je několik supermarketů a spousta kaváren a restaurací. Jezdí sem několik linek tramvaje a stanice metra je nedaleko. I ve večerních hodinách jsem se v této čtvrti cítila bezpečně. S bydlením jsem byla velmi spokojená.

S bytem jsem byl velmi spokojen, lokalita je vyborna, v pripade ze bych znovu hledal docasny byt, bych velmi pravdepodobne opet volil tento.

Jedina vec, ktera mi v byte chybela je susicka (bohuzel zatim nebyva standardnim vybavenim bytu).
