Immaculately maintained apartment with some nice decorative features i.e. big plants, very modern bath fixtures. There is an excellent convection range and good oven, butno microwave and no USB outlet so you need to bring your own. Kitchen was well supplied; both the main bed and the full out bed were comfortable.

Dimitri was an attentive and responsive host who responded to all of my queries quickly. There were two fans for hot summer weather and he even bought me a microwave which I then bought back from him when I left… the local neighbors are very nice. He is very attentive to detail in the apartment so make sure you do a thorough inventory and cleaning on departure. He has a good house cleaner, who will do a thorough cleaning for a very reasonable rate of 15 per hour if you would like to use that.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the metro with great connections to the rest of Paris. This was a really nice experience that allowed me to live in a residential area of Paris, but with very good connections to important sites and theaters.

Beautiful house and the host was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

It's a modern unit and the view is genuinely glorious. Public transportation is very close by but I would suggest a car rental to maximize your stay. The apartment is located up a steep driveway and there are 3 flights of stairs with no elevator so general fitness is essential. It's 100 steps down to and up from the boardwalk along the water. When I left on October 5 2026 almost all the restaurants along the boardwalk were closed for season.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach! The apartment is really spacious, bright, comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the location is absolutely perfect, with the ocean, restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. A wonderful place to stay in Costa da Caparica. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay here! The room is bright and spacious with a high ceiling, the bed is big and so comfortable, and the kitchen is adorable. The host was very warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. Buses and trams stop right in front of the building, so getting around the city is easy. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Flatio, and it went great. The apartment looked just like the pictures, was very clean when we moved in and had everything needed, and it was in a good, central location to explore Porto. The team at Trigono was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. Would happily stay again on a future trip.

I had a great stay in the apartment, everything was perfect. Things I really liked in particular:
- The bedroom is well-furnished, with plenty of storage (more than enough even for longer periods).
- The large desk is very convenient for home office.
- The kitchen is really well-equipped, it has everything needed to cook at home.

El apartamento está bien, a nuestra llegada encontramos algunas cosas que no fueron de nuestro agrado. Pero Jan y su mujer intervinieron para que estuviéramos lo más cómodos posible. Al final, nuestra estancia fue agradable.

The place is probably better for short stays as there is no washing machine. Stove, kettle, hairdryer, iron, and a small refrigerator are available. Communication with the agency is mainly by phone, so make sure your phone can make local or international calls while abroad. The location is great. There are 2 metro stations nearby and tram stops to different parts of the city

Small and cozy appartement with a wonderful view over Funchal. Everything was clean and well equipped. The host is very kind and always available for questions.

Our stay was perfect. We stayed for 2.5 months and we loved every bit of it. The apartment is well equiped and you can't beat watching sunsets from that balcony. The only downside is the floor on the balcony is weird as the small embedded stones are kind of sharp and peaky, so you almost can't walk barefoot on it. But after a few weeks you get used to it by developing additional cornea. :-)
The area is pretty quiet with not too much tourism. Starting right from the apartment you can walk on a beautiful boardwalk either North (nice fishing village) or South (Matosinhos), really lovely. Even little bit of Surfing was possible right in front of the apartment. ;-)

All in all, the only thing we didnt like, was leaving...
