Byt je ve skvělé, tiché lokalitě. Byt se hodí i pro malou rodinku (teda myslím, pokud máte cestovnou postílku ;) ), je komplet zařizen, spolupráce s majitelkou skvělá, dokonce nám sehnala i dětskou židličku :) .
Dostupnost dobrá, kousek je totiž metro B (cca 3 min. pěšky). Autobusová zastávka je taky kousek od bytu, jezdí tudy bus, který Vás zaveze do OC Nové Butovice.
Byl sme ubytováni jen krátce (2 měsíce), ale vřele doporučuji, vhodný hlavne na dlouhodobejší podnájem.

A cosy little apartment in a great location. Walkable to Vinohrady and also to many touristic sights. Conveniently connected with multiple trams and the metro station Mustek. The apartment was clean and had everything one may need for a longer stay. Communication with Gabriela was easy, fast and pleasant.

The flat was very homely and the location is excellent, we had some issue with the tap in the bathroom, which was leaking quite a lot and we could not use it for most of our stay.
The landord was notified and sent plumbers in, but after a few tries they gave up trying to fix the leak, so we had to shut the water in the bathroom sink, which was a bit inconvenient.

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung in die Innenstadt (ca. 10 min zu Fuß oder 1 Tramstation). Gleich unten im Haus ist auch ein Café, in dem man morgens frühstücken, oder sich auch abends nett hinsetzen kann.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wird auch einmal die Woche gereinigt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, nur sollten sie vielleicht mal in eine neue Pfanne investieren.
Ich hatte die Wohnung alleine für den Zeitraum bewohnt, aber mich haben über die Wochenenden immer mal wieder Freunde besucht. Für solche Anlässe bietet die Wohnung Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen.
Ich kann für diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall eine klare Mietempfehlung aussprechen.

Residential neighborhood away from tourists, while very convenient to public transportation. The flat was very clean, extremely comfortable, well spaced and decorated with a nice amount of warmth during the cold evenings. A number of nice walking paths and public parks are close by. Many good shops, cafes, restaurants, and other local amenities all within reasonable walking distance. Solid communication with the host during visit.

The flat is cosy and clean. The building is calm. It is as advertised, no surprise.
It is located a bit outside the historic center in a much quieter neighborhood. You have access to supermarkets and street restaurant in the 500m radius. A tramway station is 200m away and gives you access to the main places in 30 minutes or less.
Kristyna is friendly and the check in/out was carried conveniently according to my schedule.
Overall, I would totally recommend it. I think that in Prague, it is probably one of the best deal you can get for the price/quality/location.
