Had a great stay at Jessica’s. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Living area was a great size and Kitchen was well equipped. Very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay A+++++

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is located in a lovely neighborhood, just an 8-minute walk from downtown Sesimbra and the beach. The view from the balcony was definitely the highlight of our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with pots, pans, towels, and everything you would need for a two-week stay. It had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. One of the things we appreciated most was the hand soap. We arrived late, so having hand soap and toilet paper available was a small touch that made a huge difference. It was a very comfortable place to stay, great for families and groups. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment felt spacious and had plenty of room for our family without feeling crowded. There is a supermarket about an 11-minute walk with everything you need. There is a hill to walk down to the beach and back up to the apartment, which takes a little getting used to, but that's fairly common throughout Portugal. We got there by Uber, which made it easy to get around and visit Lisbon. I would recommend renting a car, especially if you plan to visit Lisbon frequently, as Uber costs can add up. However, you do not need a car while staying in Sesimbra, as everything you need is within walking distance. Overall, it's a perfect place for anyone looking to escape Lisbon while still remaining close enough to visit. The beach was lovely, with plenty of restaurants and cafés along the waterfront. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and Denise was a wonderful host. She regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely return and stay at Denise's apartment again.

Had a great monthly stay at Varanda do Mercado! The apartment is quite new and spacious, and the huge rooftop terrace is amazing. The location is super centric, which is great because it has anything you may need close to you, from groceries to the pickup point for excursions. However, it may be a bit noisy sometimes Only things I missed were a desk to work and a dishwasher Miguel is an amazing host, he took me from the airport to the apartment, helped me receiving a post package and offered cleaning the apartment twice

My husband and I had a great month in this apartment. Located between Keleti Railway and Puskas Arena and 6 minute walk to Metro 4. It felt like home. The host Marianne was great in keeping in touch and when we arrived, she supplied us with a wonderful bottle of wine, chocolates and a Marlenka cake. Apartment was just as described, king bed, 75"TV and the sectional was great with two chaises. The living room is spacious. Bedroom is very large with lots of storage. The washer worked great and was dry within a day on the bathroom rack. The apartment is a block away from Penny's supermarket. It is also located around some smaller stores. Close to restaurants and bakeries. Evenings were nicely quiet. As well when the windows were closed, you couldn't hear the traffic. During the day there were ocassional ambulances passing by. We can definitely recommend this apartment. One of the nicest ones we've ever been in. Thanks Marianne for everything!

The apartment is very well located . It is very well equipped too. Ludivina was helpful and got me more hangars and changed the microwave when it got spoilt. She helped me with the checkout too and helped get a taxi.

Beautiful and clean space with lovely neighbors, great location and gracious hosts! To say the location is convenient is an understatement, it is a short walking distance from a beautiful park, the beach, as well as the top picks of laundromat, weekend fruit/veg/fish market, fun bars, and acclaimed restaurants. Many gorgeous places close-by to explore, while far enough away from the noisy tourist traps you are sure to have a good night's sleep. I highly recommend and hope to be back to stay again soon!

The apartment is nice and quiet, and communication with the owner is efficient and a pleasure.

Los propietarios han sido atentos conmigo, respondían rápido a mis mensajes y uno de los huéspedes siempre estaba atento por si necesitábamos algo. Muy amables. Sin embargo la cocina no siempre estaba impoluta, si tienes un poco de manía con la limpieza igual no es el mejor sitio. Estaba aceptable la limpieza.

Everything went absolutely well before, during, and after my stay for 4 months in the apartment. I used the apartment as my primary apartment during my Erasmus stay. Especially the host was super nice and helpful, nothing to complain at all.

Overall it's a newly renovated studio. The kitchen, washing machine, AC bathroom and shower are all new. There's very limited storage space or furniture however other than a clothes stand. Lighting is horrendous and too bright. The windows are double glazed and provide very good noise isolation to the outside street. However the main door does not have a door seal so you'll hear everything going in the corridor outside the room. Cooking smells as well (there are at least 4-5 studios on the 4th floor).

Federico is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Communication was smooth and very pleasant throughout the stay. He is always willing to help wherever he can. I would definitely recommend staying at the place.

A wonderful apartment for rest and life, fully consistent with the description, there is everything you need, and most importantly, it is close to the beach. Great owners who were always in touch.

I stayed here for three months and had a really positive experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well suited for a long stay, with everything I needed. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed, which made me feel at home from the very beginning. I also really appreciated her warmth and the opportunity to learn about her culture, which she shared with great kindness. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I am very grateful for the time I spent here. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment for long term stays, fast wifi, close to most main tourist attractions via bus. Very quiet as well, no noise from neighbors or the street.

Everything was absolutely amazing, just a 10 out of 10! The apartment is a real gem — sparkling clean, incredibly cozy, and has all the necessary things for a comfortable life. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood where real Spanish people live. If you want to dive into the authentic Spanish lifestyle, this place is exactly for you! The location is simply unbeatable: just steps away from the beautiful sea, with great shops and a fantastic local market nearby. It’s perfect for exploring, with excellent road connections in every direction, and you can easily walk or take transport to the city center. The hosts were wonderfully kind and helpful. When our intercom key fob broke, we asked how much we should pay to cover it, but they said: 'Don't worry, everything is fine!'. They also kindly allowed us a late check-out and wished us a safe journey. Such a polite and lovely attitude! We fell in love with this place and we would absolutely love to come back here again! Highly, highly recommended!
