I was there for one and a half month. Everything was perfect, maybe if you are allergic to cats, then it can be a problem, other than that, prefect really. It looks like as it is advertised. I definitely recommend.

We were very satisfied with our stay! Robert was very helpful and gave fast responses. The location is good with nice restaurants, cafe's, bars and it's close to the public transport. The size of the apartment was perfect for us and the pictures were accurate with the reality. We would recommend everyone to stay at Robert's apartment!

Shower was a problem, very small, and leaks water too easily to the bathroom floor. The host was nice. Location is great. The apartment is quiet.

Very good location close to the train station, shops, and only a 15 minute walk to the city center. The street gets noisy at night, however this is something to keep in mind for the city in general. If there were issues regarding maintenance or weekly cleaning service, it was solved quickly. The communication with the host was beyond excellent from the beginning of the booking process until the end. Overall I had a great time in the appartment with great roommates, and a caring host. Definitely recommend!

We had a good stay in Lisbon. Appartment was cozy, the hight of the appartment was a bit low (but we have the Dutch length 😜).

Všechno bylo výborné! Byl tu jen jeden problém. V apartmánu byla plíseň způsobená kondenzací. Vše ostatní bylo v pořádku. Doporučuji všem.

ODPOVĚĎ PRONAJÍMATELE:
Zmiňovaná plíseň byla způsobena nájemníkem v důsledku nevětrání (v prosinci), což vedlo k extrémní vlhkosti zdi, na které se začala tvořit plíseň.
Plíseň byla jen povrchového charakteru a nikdy předtím se v bytě nevyskytovala. V tomto případě specializovaná firma provedla kompletní sanaci a byt je opět v pořádku.

We had a really great time there. It is close to the City centre and a pretty quiet area. It is a old apartment with thin walls and some things that would need some renovations. All in all it was a pleasant stay and the host was very friendly.

Great location on a quiet street, just a 15-minute walk from the city center and nightlife—ideal for students. The only downside is that the room doesn’t get much sunlight, but overall, everything was fine. The landlord was always available, genuinely caring, and ensured everything was in order, which made the whole experience very positive.

Lovely and very comfortable apartment for one person, or couple. Lucie and Libor are very kind and considerate of their tenants.
