There is a house that I cannot insert in your platform just because Google Maps cannot "find" its address. This house is not in a big city, and Google is not that great with some small villages. That would be great if you could solve this issue.

The whole process is intuitive and pretty fast. I loved it. The only issue is... multiple payments - I authorized the card and expected it to automatically process second advance. I am not checking my e-mail at all, so I had to pay interests just because the payment did not proceed automatically. This is unfortunate, because processing it manually is a waste of time.

Make yourselves accessible by phone. I was unhappy that I had to write to ask for a phone call and even though I said that I was in Seattle, WA on West Coast time and even told you that it is 9 hours earlier there, if I got a call back it would be at 2 a.m. in the morning when I was asleep. I found this very frustrating. Other than that, the women who wrote back to me were polite and helpful.

We first sought a reservation and the rate was wrong due to the time of year. When we agreed to a new rate, the service fee doubled. This doesn't seem right since the mistake was made by either the landlord or Flatio. Having to bear this responsibility was hard to swallow.

I like the option for short to long term rental at a reasonable price. Very few services offer a monthly rental option without a deposit or long term contract.
