Flatio makes letting out my apt easier. What you should improve: you should explicitly call the attention of guests that cleaning the apt is their repsonsibility!

Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend Flatio. One improvement I would suggest is making the payment overview clearer and more consolidated, ideally showing full contract coverage, breakdown, and corresponding days in one view instead of across multiple tabs. It would also help to better understand how search ranking and visibility are determined, and how they can be improved.

Service fee may be more fair.

I like that everything is clear . I think that it will be better to be more flexible.

I am very happy with your service. I think it would be good to put into the contracts a deposit amount, even if the contract is shorter then 6 months.
