Read all reviews of Flatio from guests and hosts or make your own experience. It's safe and easy.

It os an easy to use service.

I like that comunication has been made prior reservation, and that host can chose if he will accept reservation.

Transparency and communication was fantastic .

Yes. In the contract the address of the property was incorrect and the owner didn't answer to messages until we contacted Flatio. Maybe you could improve that. There was also a problem with a hair dryer which wasn't in a flat. There was only an empty box in which it should be. We contacted the owner but he didn't care. So maybe you should also check the owners if they really have what they offer.

Everything was good overall, just a bit expensive compared to similar options on other websites.

Here you can find really nice apartments, fully equipped for digital nomads and remote workers. And of course really affordable prices

Flatio worked great for me - only issue was that I didn't realise I would need a business account for my booking, in order to recieve invoices that my employer could pay, so I created the booking through a personal account. Flatio customer service was very willing to help me get the prepaid funds transferred to a 'new' identical booking if I made a business account, but I ended up resolving the issue with my employer instead, so I didn't need to go cancel and rebook.

Great platform and good customer care - well done!

I liked most how easy everything was.

Excelente!

I had a very good experience with Flatio. The platform is easy to use, the process was smooth, and communication was clear. Everything was well organized and reliable.

Nice service but a bit expensive

Adorei a anfitriã é perfeita

very easy communication with host and easy check in/out. I was very happy with my booking

Everything is fine

very efficient , guests are of high quality

Service were clear and competent. I knew the process and what to expect.

The communication about the deposit for longer stays and payouts needs to be clearer.

Some of the accounts were promoting the accomodation but were not responding to our booking requests.
