overall I'm very satisfied with this stay (stayed little over one month)
pros:
nice location, quiet neighborhood,
close to metro and grocery stores / restaurants nearby
apartment surprised me by being bigger than I expected based on photos,
good price,
landlord is friendly and helpful
cons:
apartment is on ground floor, but since the location is very quiet it is not much of a problem
