Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. Super central neighborhood, but pretty dirty.
Very interesting, lots of hipster shops and sustainable Bulk stores. There is a lot of History in Karlin and it is very central. There are also good nature areas around, a close main metro and it is safe.
There is a Vegan restaurant that is very nice and also a good Bulk store!
