Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the offer, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and allows access to the coworking space on the first floor at no additional cost.
The location is perfect, and the staff does their cleaning job very well.
The price is ok / fair, especially since all accommodation is very expensive in Sao Miguel.
Ponta Delgada is nice, calm and clean.
I recommend these restaurants : O Marinheiro ( Sea Food ), Namaste ( Indian Food ) and A Tasca ( Tradicional food).
The exit of the appartment is actually the exit of the Solmar Avenida shopping center. You walk straight into the harbour. Hence, instead of waisting your time in front of television, you feel obliged to take a walk in the harbour to enjoy a beautiful sunset or a beer at the water....
Opposite the church near the gates to Ponte Delgada, there is a very small restaurant, in the back of the place, where the food is a 'spettacolo' as the waiter continuously emphasizes. Certainly not expensive.
