Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the offer, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The apartment was sparsely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and better than most other rentals. A double set of sheets and towels were supplied in the closet and the bathroom shower was strong. The kitchen was set up with the basics. The mini split worked well. It was nice to open the large doors for fresh air when not using the ac. The walls and baseboards were beat in some areas.
Old town location 3 blocks from Torres de Quarte full of restaurants and shops. A few mini mercados around, an Express and a grocery store, Consume a few blocks away.
Consume, Express, A great vegan/veg restaurant on the corner K..... something? Good Italian restaurants in area.
Go to the Central Market! Great middle eastern stall selling prepared foods. Also Central Bar a pull-up bar in market is always packed.
Overall it was a good experience though, and I would stay there again in the future.
