Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the offer, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. I have been to Prague several times and it is one the best places to stay in my opinion. Everything is nearby: sights, cafes, mall. Despite the tram way I have a comfortable sleep :) The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
Narek helpfully described the primary downside of the apartment, which is that you can hear noise from the street. Usually this is a low rumble of trams which you get used to quick and it didn't bother me at all, but a few times I woke up at night to people yelling on the street. The building itself is calm and quiet.
Overall, super happy with the stay!
Perfect connection
Tram station is just 1 min away. The apartment is in the center so everything is just few min walk away. One of the train stations is also just 1 min away. The main bus station is 10 min walking distance and so is the main train station of Prague.
