Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the offer, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. Quiet. Close to Andel, which is a busier, shopping area. But the immediate neighborhood itself is very chill, and safe. I never felt threatened or worried about coming home a little late. Also, there's a tram stop right in front of the building, which suited all my transportation needs. And you've got every shop/pharmacy you might need within 10 min (and a few small markets 1 min away).

The flat is very cozy and has the perfect size for one person. I stayed for six weeks, working for three and a half, and the comfortable big couch became my new home office. Perfect WiFi, never even had one outage (which is a luxury for Germans, we're really not good at error-free WiFi access). You have got everything you need at the apartment (stove, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker) and in 10 to 20 minutes, you're at the Moldova, in Petrin Park (lovely!), at the mall or downtown, if you go by tram.

A very down-to-earth district not overrun by tourists with very good connections to all parts of the city (station directly in front of the door). Good shopping options and you can easily go into the city by foot, it's a nice walk.
Petrin Park, definitely, it's about 15 minutes by foot and you have a lovely view. The Jewish Quarter with its hauntingly beautiful synagogues and important history is a must-see.
All of the city is unbelievably beautiful, you can't do much wrong. For restaurants, try Strecha (huge delicious portions, great drinks, very reasonably priced and the restaurant reintegrates ex-convicts; you can also prepay meals for people in need) and Palo Verde (bit more expensive and smaller portions, but exquisite, especially the cakes), even more so if you're into vegan food and extremely nice staff.
