The bedroom comes with a comfortable bed sleeping 2 people, perfect to enjoy a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and neat and features both a shower and a bathtub. It’s en suite for added convenience. There is also a toilet room. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits a few minutes walking from Marble Arch tube station.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
