I am are eager to introduce you to the original, hidden places of our beloved capital. Our brand new, cozy, vintage-mediterranean style, apartment is located very centrally, next to the National Museum. A lively, historical still fascinating neighbourhood yet silent as the flat is facing to an inner courtyard.

We are so close to most of the sights and the best bars and restaurants, that you reach everything in a short walk so it's comfortable to come back and take a rest at home any time.

FLAT DESCRIPTION

We've renovated the apartment recently, so you can be sure that everything is new, modern, working and made for comfortable use.
Our main goal is that you have an amazing stay in Budapest and feel a little like home in the flat, so we used natural materials and colors.
There are a number of handmade furniture and decorations that make the interior unique and stylish. In addition, if you like wall art it’s fun to discover the details on my friend’s wall paintings.

The size of the flat is 37 m2 + 14 m2 loft (mezzanine), situated on the ground floor, with a 4-meter inner height, which provides you with a spacious feeling and makes it possible to stand up in the mezzanine.
Here you'll find the romantic baldachin cave, which is designed to be very private, with a light curtain for the perfect mood before going to bed.

LIVING ROOM

There is a spacious living room area with dining table and a lovely, well-equipped kitchen from where you can go up to the mezzanine.
Also there is a separate bedroom in the flat.

There is a king size bed for two (180x200) in the mezzanine with baldachin and a queen size bed (160x200) in the separate bedroom, with comfy, thick, string-mattresses and comfortable, warm blankets and soft linen.

KITCHEN

We’ve built a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, milk frother, kettle, and an electric stove where you can cook an entire dinner for up to 4 people. We’ve made sure you have a reasonable choice of kitchen tools to prepare a delicious meal.

BATHROOM

In the bathroom we've built a spacious shower 90x90cm. We've got an electric towel dryer, that also can be used in the summer, so it's easy to dry your wet clothes or towels. Also you'll find the washing machine here.
The toilet is also located in the bathroom.

THE BUILDING
-------------------
The building was built in the beginning of the 20th century. An old building bearing the marks of the Hungarian revolution in 1956. You can still see the bullets in the street-front.
Unlike the flat, the building itself has not been renovated yet, so you'll find yourself in a historical, rustic building with great potential and when you step inside the Princess's dream, you'll find yourself in a whole different world :)
